Our Annual Christmas Exchange Party

What a wonderfully fun evening it was! If you missed this one lasdies you really missed a great party! Everyone was festive and in their Christmas spirits. We had cookies, munchies, Santa hats, and lots of wonderful gifts!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Oh what a meeting we had! Lots of Thanksgiving food, projects, patterns and FUN!! I will make this a bit short and sweet and just add the photos today until I can come back and add notes!!

Nov. 1, 2007 Meeting @ Debb's!

We had a great time at the meeting! Debb was our hostess this evening and she shared the felted purse she bought in the silent auction at the CGOA. She also showed us the patterns that she has published in the Pattern-A-Day Calendar! U ROK Debb!! We celebrated 3 Birthdays tonight!! Happy Birthday to Donna, Lauren & Ranie!!






Everyone was working on some great projects tonight! 2 of our photos did not make it on my digi camera....I think it broke on me! LOL! I brought a finished knit Santa hat that Debb gave us the pattern for last meeting and Donna made some beautiful sweaters! We will try to take them at the next meeting and add them here!!
Sandra was working on a beautiful vest made of bamboo yarn!




Diane, Ranie & Lauren were all working on their afghans! GO GURLS!





Priscilla was working on a Mobius Wrap that was so pretty!! Then Sandra brought in a beautiful portrait she painted HERSELF of Jake. I think we all had tears in our eyes from this very personal gift Sandra gave to Priscilla! You are very talented Sandra!!




Sandra also won the raffle prize!! LOTS OF FUN STUFF!! 2 skeins of yarn, Knitting Patterns in a box, a crafty coffee cup & a memo board!



We had a fabulous time as usual! The food was awesome! We missed those that couldn't attend and look forward to seeing you at our next meeting!!

October 18th Meeting

here are some more photos from our Halloween meeting. I added one of Bob and I from our costume party the following Saturdat night and also Miz Allie Cat as she is in the Halloween spirit too! Enjoy!!!

Oct 18th Meeting! Happy Halloween!

What a great meeting we had! Thank you Pat for "BEE"-ing the Hostess this round! HEHEHE! She was the cutest BEE EVA!! Attendees for this meeting were: Debb, Pat, Shanda, Raine, Sandra, Diane, Laurie, TJ & Lynn stopped by to say hi to us all! We enjoyed lots of Pumkin Delights for dessert! YUMMO! Our next meeting will be at Debb's on Nov 1st. Our pattern theme will continue to be for the Holidays and our food theme will be "DELI NIGHT". Maybe we can make a list of what we are all bringing so we don't have too much of one thing. We were thinking of having some harvest food until Shanda shared about her "CORN" Story...LOL!! I will make some homemade breads to bring to the next meeting! TJ won the raffle prize and we celebrated Laurie's birthday! Everyone was working on fun projects this evening and we all had a great time talking it up as usual! We missed those that weren't able to attend! See you next time!

Oct 4th Meeting Minutes Ü

We had a small but intimate group tonight! Priscilla's brother was very kind to let us meet at his house again! THANK YOU!! Attendees tonight: Priscilla, Shanda, Di, Sandra & Ranie. Sandra won the drawing which had a kewel yarn holder, a $10 Starbucks gift card and some Bath & Body Body Cream! WOOHOO!! The next meeting will be at Pat's on Oct. 18th. Food theme is: Pumpkin....anything made with Pumpkin :) YUMMO!! And the pattern will stay with a Holiday theme. Priscilla was working on a prayer shawl for her mom & another for her MIL. Shanda was working on a baby blanket & a drop-stitch scarf. Diane was working on her beautiful blanket and she brought some cute flip-flop danglies to share. Ranie & Sandra were both working on beautiful blankies!! See you all next time! We missed all that were not there!!
