February 7th, 2008 Meeting

Happy Valentine's Day to all of the Stitch 'N Chicks! Our Feb 7th meeting was Valentine's Theme hostessed by Pricilla! Thank you for having us over! Your house looks great after the re-model! Priscilla & Sandra show off the shrugs they made! AWESOME!!

Priscilla is making a beautiful Angel shawl! I can't wait to see if finished!

Debb goes over our group minutes and is making a pair of mittens! CUTE!!

Diane is making the most adorable crocheted baby bed bags! Not sure what you call them Diane, but they are AWESOME!!

Denise, Lauren & Ranie are all working on their projects!

And last, but not least :) I won the raffle prize! One Skein book, lots of pretty yarn, a cookie and an adorable Pink Poodle Keychain!!

A little about us:

We are the "Stitch n' Chicks of Long Beach, CA. A Craft, knit and crochet club/group of gals that love to get together and share ideas, project goals, hints and techniques, and just to chat. We have a Show n' Tell session at each meeting of our finished projects for all of us to "ohh and ahh" over and then we enjoy our munchies! We meet 2x a month on Thursday evenings at 6:30pm on the patio at Hof's Hut on 2nd and PCH. If you live in or near Long Beach and want to join a club/group with a fun group of gals, come to one of our meetings and join in on the fun!
